Why subscribe?

In 2009 I was prompted by Spirit to secure the URL http://girlchurch.com. She knew there would be a time that the Divine Feminine Spirit would rise into a collection of voices… the voices of women…

I was not as clear in 2009 what it meant to say GirlChurch. In 2025 I am very clear.

It’s not a place.

Not a building.

Not a structure to be maintained.

It’s not hierarchy nor patriarchy.

It’s the collective voices of women who are moving in step with the Divine Feminine Spirit of Wisdom and Love.

Women who have gone before us and those who will come after.

GirlChurch is a massive choir of anointed and gifted writers, poets, authors and teachers, speakers who know their craft. Our song… ‘the pen is mightier than the sword.’

GirlChurch is an ensemble of color that paints the sky with words, declarations and resistance. We stand on watchtowers in neighborhoods and boardrooms ready to write and paint with wisdom and love the words that will heal and expand us.

GirlChurch is Spirits voice… echoing across the canyon of time. Moving like our very own breath to speak truth to power… with love and wisdom.

Swapping Pews for Posts

Our purpose is to hear GirlChurch stories. The stories of women who have something to share about how church shaped them or how it lost its meaning. Both are holy. Both are needed.

Be part of a community that believes that the Sacred Divine Feminine Spirit has something to teach us at GirlChurch that we didn’t get to hear at the churches of our childhood or adulthood for that matter. We are going to write a better story. To ‘make what’s beautiful the story’ and then publish that story. “GirlChurch for the Soul and Spirit” is being written. With each voice and each story we will find the collective heart for how Spirit will engage those who seek Her.
